Q&A

There are LOTS of hotels within 10 to 15 minute of driving distance of our venue. We also recommend you looking into Airbnb options nearby, as they can be more affordable and closer to the venue.

Please refer to our Travel page for more details.

Please do contact Evan and Lisa if you are traveling solo to our wedding. We’ll do our best to hook you up with another solo traveler, so you can coordinate to share rides/room and make new friends.

You don’t need a rental car to get by in Nashville. Uber and Lyft are usually accessible and can get you to most places. Our venue does accommodate parking (~18 cars), so you are welcome to rent a car if you’d like.

Our wedding will be from 11 am to 3 pm on Oct. 4th, 2026. Go to our Schedule page for more info.

Late Arrival: We encourage everyone to arrive on time, but we understand that life happens. If you do arrive late, our event coordinator may ask you to wait briefly outside and enter at a natural pause, so as not to interrupt a special moment.

Early Departure: We’re so grateful you made the effort to be here. If you need to leave early, please feel free — no explanation needed. You’re welcome to let us know, or simply slip out quietly. Whatever feels right for you.

We love your children. However, given the compact size of our venue, we highly recommend not bringing any children under 10 years old. We don’t want them to get hurt or get bored during the wedding. Give Evan or Lisa a call if you have any questions.

We will do our best to work with the venue to accomondate your needs. Give us a call as soon as you can, so we can have abundant time to coordinate.
